Who we are

This website is operated by Wise Solutions LG Ltd. ("the Company"), which is the controller of the information collected through it. Contact details appear at the end of this document.

What information is collected

• Information you provide in the contact form: name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
• Technical information recorded automatically by the hosting servers, such as IP address, browser type and time of visit — for security and operational purposes only.

The website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising and does not run visitor-analytics tools.

Whether you are required to provide information

You are under no legal obligation to provide information; doing so depends on your own will and consent. However, without a name and an email address we will not be able to respond to a contact-form enquiry.

How the information is used

• Responding to your enquiry, arranging a demo or meeting, and providing a quote.
• Managing our business relationship with you.
• Securing the website, preventing abuse and complying with legal requirements.

We will not send you marketing communications unless you have given explicit prior consent, in accordance with Section 30A of the Israeli Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 1982. You may ask to be removed from our mailing list at any time.

Sharing information with third parties

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers acting on our behalf, for the purposes listed above:

• Microsoft Azure — website hosting and delivery of contact-form emails (Azure Communication Services).
• Competent authorities — where we are required to do so by law.

Transfer of information outside Israel

Our service providers' servers may be located outside Israel, including in the European Union and the United States. Such transfers are made in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 2001.

Retention and security

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and to manage the business relationship, and are then deleted or retained as required by law. We apply accepted information-security measures in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 2017; however, we cannot guarantee absolute immunity from intrusion or unauthorised access.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law, you are entitled to review the information held about you and to request that it be corrected or deleted if it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date. To do so, contact us using the details below and we will respond within the time limits set by law.

The website contains links to third-party websites (such as LinkedIn and vendor websites). This policy does not apply to them, and we recommend reviewing the privacy policy of each site.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page together with the date of the update.
